Welcome to Astro Smarty.

Astro Smarty is an astrology platform designed to make the exploration of celestial movements, astrological charts, planetary positions, Moon phases and related astrological information clear, thoughtful and visually accessible.

2. Purpose of the Service

5. Accuracy of Astrological Calculations

Astro Smarty is developed with significant care and aims to provide accurate astrological calculations and celestial data.

However, absolute accuracy or uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed.

Results may be affected by factors including:

• incorrect or incomplete information entered by the user;
• inaccurate birth time or location information;
• timezone and geographic data;
• third-party data or services;
• software limitations;
• calculation methods;
• technical errors or temporary service failures.

Users are encouraged to verify particularly important calculations independently where necessary.

7. User Accounts

Some Astro Smarty functionality may require a user account.

Authentication is currently provided through third-party authentication services such as Clerk and, where selected by the user, Google Sign-In.

You are responsible for:

• maintaining the security of access to your account;
• using accurate information where required;
• not allowing others to misuse your account;
• informing Astro Smarty if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may not create accounts for fraudulent, abusive or unlawful purposes.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Astro Smarty.

You must not intentionally:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or another user's account;
• interfere with or disrupt the operation of Astro Smarty;
• introduce malware, malicious code or harmful automated requests;
• attempt to bypass security protections;
• scrape or extract substantial portions of the service through abusive automated means;
• use Astro Smarty for unlawful purposes;
• impersonate another person;
• use the service in a way that infringes the rights of others.

Reasonable personal use of Astro Smarty's tools and calculations is permitted.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Astro Smarty's original design, branding, interface, written content, visual presentation and original software elements are owned or controlled by Astro Smarty and its operator.

The name Astro Smarty, its branding and original visual assets may not be reproduced or presented as another person's product or service without permission.

Third-party libraries, data, imagery, fonts and other materials remain subject to their respective licences and rights.

Using Astro Smarty does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.

10. Third-Party Services

Astro Smarty relies on certain third-party technologies and services to provide parts of the application.

These may include services involved in:

• authentication;
• hosting;
• geocoding;
• fonts and software delivery;
• astronomical or Moon imagery.

Those services may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Astro Smarty does not control the availability or operation of independent third-party services and cannot guarantee that they will always remain available or unchanged.

11. Availability and Changes to Astro Smarty

• replaced;
• removed.

The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical problems or circumstances outside Astro Smarty's control.

There is no guarantee that every feature will remain available indefinitely.

12. Free and Future Features

Astro Smarty is currently offered with its present functionality without a paid subscription requirement.

Additional free or paid functionality may be introduced in the future.

If Astro Smarty later offers purchases, subscriptions or paid digital services, any additional terms, pricing information, cancellation rights and other legally required information will be presented before users enter into a paid transaction.

13. Suspension or Termination of Access

Astro Smarty may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to:

• protect the security of the service;
• prevent abuse;
• address unlawful use;
• protect other users;
• respond to serious violations of these Terms.

Where appropriate and reasonably possible, such action will be proportionate to the circumstances.

14. Limitation of Liability

Astro Smarty is provided with care, but no online service can be guaranteed to operate without interruption or error.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Astro Smarty and its operator are not responsible for losses resulting solely from:

• reliance on astrological interpretations or indications;
• decisions made by a user based solely on information provided by Astro Smarty;
• incorrect information entered by the user;
• temporary unavailability of the service;
• failures of third-party services outside Astro Smarty's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms affects mandatory rights that you may have under consumer protection or other applicable law.

15. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Astro Smarty does not guarantee any particular personal, professional, financial, health, relationship or other life outcome based on astrological information.

Astrological information can be used as one tool for reflection and exploration, but decisions and their consequences remain the responsibility of the person making them.

16. Privacy

Your use of Astro Smarty is also subject to the Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is processed and which third-party services are currently involved.

The Privacy Policy forms an important part of understanding how Astro Smarty operates.

17. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated as Astro Smarty evolves or where changes are necessary because of new features, legal requirements or changes to the service.

The latest version will be published on Astro Smarty and the Last updated date will be changed accordingly.

Where a change materially affects users' rights or use of the service, reasonable steps will be taken to communicate it where required.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Republic of Slovenia, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to users under the laws of their country of residence.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive consumers of mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded by contract.

Any dispute will be handled by the courts or other competent bodies having jurisdiction under applicable law.

19. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
